Experimental, unmodifiable snapshot of const* and arithmetic lit8/lit16 operands, in instruction order with duplicates preserved. List indices are literal occurrence indices, not opcode indices or bytecode offsets. No source types or call arguments are inferred; switch keys, array payloads and field initializers are not included. Methods without code return an empty list.

The first access requires an open bridge. Once initialized, this snapshot remains available after close. Parsing is per method unless the full cache already exists.

实验性 API：返回 const* 与整数 lit8/lit16 操作数的不可修改快照，保持指令顺序和重复项。 列表下标不是操作码下标或字节码偏移，不推断源码类型或调用实参，也不包含 switch 键、 数组 payload 或字段初值。没有代码的方法返回空列表。 首次访问需要 bridge 有效，读取后关闭 bridge 仍可使用快照。仅按方法解析或复用已有全量缓存。
